Sales and Marketing Manager
Job description
Our client is a travel agency based in Dubai and currently hiring Sales and Marketing Manager.
What will you do?
- Promote the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
- Conduct market analysis on competitor products and packages
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising
- Identify and explore new business opportunities to maximize the company's market share
What are we looking for?
- Bachelors in Business or Communications, Sales or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Marketing industry, Tourism Marketing experience is preferred
- Exceptional skills in sales, customer relations, communications
- Pro-active approach and a strong drive for results
- Fluent in English and Arabic is a MUST
- Must have a driver's license in the UAE
