What Were Looking For: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management or related field Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
