Job Description

Currently our client who is a well established brand in the F&B Industry is looking for a Head of Restaurant to join their team. Below are the details:

• Responsible for the revenue and P&L.
• Managing the partnership (restos).
• Deal and do joined business plan with the suppliers (such as Malindo Feedmill).
• Marketing strategy: Market penetration, educate potential partners, create SOP for partners,(new) product development, brand awareness, advertising, influencer marketing, media release, push online platform, thematic promo, campaign etc.
• Involved in Sunny Chick other consumer goods products like Teh Pucuk, when there was a bundling program with Sunny Chick projects.
• Reported to and managed directly 2 people (Manager and Assistant Manager Operation ) with total in SC: 92 people (in HO = 23 people and for field officer and crew outlet = 69 people).

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience working in F&B Industry (especially fried chicken restaurant).
• Strong experience as Restaurant Manager.
• Having experience expanding new branches, managing operational, and finding a strategic location.
• Can communicate in English would be an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills.
