As an Architectural Coordinator cum Drafter, you will play a crucial role in coordinating architectural activities and producing accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD software. Your expertise in technical drawing and AutoCAD will ensure precise and high-quality architectural documentation, contributing to the successful execution of architectural projects. Here's what you'll be diving into:

Responsibilities

Archi Coordinator

•

Coordinate architectural activities and ensure smooth collaboration between design, engineering, and construction teams

•

Review architectural designs, specifications, and construction drawings for accuracy, compliance with building codes, and adherence to project requirements.

•

Act as a liaison between architects, engineers, and construction teams, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.

•

Ensure timely resolution of design-related issues and conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

•

Assist in managing project documentation, including maintaining architectural drawings, revisions, and project records.

Drafter

•

Create detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, using AutoCAD software.

•

Interpret architectural designs and translate them into accurate and comprehensive technical drawings for construction purposes.

•

Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with design intent.

•

Review and analyze architectural specifications, construction drawings, and building codes to ensure compliance and accuracy.

•

Assist in resolving design-related issues by providing technical support and proposing practical solutions.

Requirements

•

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field

•

Proven experience as an Architectural Coordinator or Drafter in the construction industry

•

Expertise in using AutoCAD software to produce accurate and high-quality technical drawings

•

Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices

•

Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce precise and well-executed drawings using AutoCAD

•

Effective coordination and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

•

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
