Mechanical Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Drawing Review: Review job drawing according to products specification.
• Product design drawing for customer:

Work with sales department to generate and manage product design drawing, function, material and

quality specifications during development phase based on customer request.

• Establish engineering specifications and production processes for specific product that meets technical,

functional and quality specifications.

• Review and ensure completeness of the engineering BOM, drawing and specifications prior issuance to

production.

• Ensure timely release of engineering BOM, drawing and specification to manufacturing / production to

avoid production delay.

• Ensure all engineering documents are updated and properly maintained in DDM.
• Ensure all KPI targets are achieved.
• Ensures 5S is implemented in the work area.
• Adheres companys guidelines with regards to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality.
• Complies with companys Code of Business Conduct.
• Promote and participate in company-wide or departmental programs such as:

Total Quality Management

Lean Manufacturing

Social Activities

QUALIFICATION GUIDE

• Education : Minimum Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any Industrial or Material Science subjects.
• Communication : Fluent both in oral and written English and/or Chinese.
• Experience : Proven and solid 1 year in the Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing environment

OR proven design experience during degree education (for Freshers).

• Software / Hardware : Knowledge of CAD tools like Solidworks, Inventor or Pro-E and competent in interpreting machine drawings.
