Our client specializes in large-scale infrastructure development including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and foundation works, with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex projects to the highest standards.
Temporary Works Engineer (Civil Construction)
Salary: HK$70,000–95,000/month + 13-month guaranteed bonus
Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- 10+ years experience in temporary works design/coordination for roads, bridges, or tunnels
- Proven track record in falsework, shoring, or earthwork support systems
- Knowledge of Hong Kong construction safety codes (e.g., Construction Sites Safety Regulations)
- Strong coordination skills with contractors and designers
Responsibilities
- Oversee temporary works designs for large-scale civil projects
- Review method statements and risk assessments
- Ensure safe execution of temporary structures (e.g., formwork, scaffolding)
- Coordinate between design teams and on-site construction crews
