Must Have

8+ year of experience in power plant operations of preferably PF fired boiler  Experience in handling emergency of boiler & turbine as a DCS engineer for at least 5+ years.  Experience in operating the power plant as a shift in charge for 3+ years and having sound knowledge in performance monitoring. Co ordinating with maintenance team to attend the maintenance related activities  experience in Shutdown & startup activities of power plant and to handle emergencies during the same  Exposure to Distribution Automation applications such as system protection, primary line energy management, demand side management and automation implementation.  Exposure to Integration and maintenance of Distribution Automation systems, networks, protocols, technologies and interfaces.  Proven analytical and qualitative research abilities with excellent written and verbal communications is required.  Self-directed and able to work upon minimal supervision.  Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas  The candidate must have the ability to ensure high quality deliverables on time, and coordinate with external stakeholders.

Good-to-Have

 Certified boiler operation engineer issued by the boiler

regulatory board.
