Job Title: Sales Manager - Telecommunication

Location: Ikeja GRA

Work mode: Onsite

Salary: 750,000 -1M

Industry: Telecommunication

Candidate with work experience from IHS Towers, ZTE and HUAWEI are most preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Sales Manager with 15+ years of experience in the Telecom industry to drive sales and foster strong relationships with key operators, tower companies, and local contractors. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Optical Fiber Cable, FTTH, and Lithium Batteries and established connections with companies like MTN, IHS Tower, ATC Tower, ISP, ZTE and HUAWEI

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators, tower companies, and local contractors.
  • Take ownership of sales responsibilities and secure contracts from key telecom companies.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the telecom sector.
  • Identify business opportunities and negotiate deals to maximize sales performance.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the company and its clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 15 years of work experience in the Telecom industry.
  • Preferred experience working with/for MTN, Airtel, IHS Tower, and ATC Tower.
  • Strong understanding of Optical Fiber Cable, FTTH, Lithium Battery solutions and related telecom products.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and contract negotiation within the telecom sector.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
