Wine Tutor Fixed Term Contract - Cape Winelands area
We are looking for a Wine Tutor to deliver exceptional guest experiences through guided tastings and cellar tours. The role requires a passion for wine, excellent customer service, and the ability to engage with distinguished clientele.
Key Requirements
•
Grade 12 and reliable transport
•
2-3 years wine tutoring or similar experience preferred
•
Strong knowledge of wines and ability to communicate this effectively
•
Well-presented, enthusiastic, and professional
•
Flexible, able to work under pressure
•
Must have own reliable transport
Responsibilities include
•
Conducting wine tastings and cellar tours
•
Managing stock and orders
•
Promoting and processing sales
•
Maintaining quality, presentation, and portion control
