Sales Manager Dealer

We are looking to hire a " Sales Manager Dealer " for one of our clients.

Qualifications

• Full or part-time professional qualification in Sales and Marketing.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, with previous experience in Electronics being an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
• Preferred age below 35 years.
• Must possess a valid driving license.

R esponsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with dealers to drive sales and achieve business targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the dealer network.
• Provide support and guidance to dealers, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
• Monitor sales performance and work with the team to implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns that drive dealer sales.
• Conduct regular visits to dealer locations to maintain strong relationships and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights to senior management on market trends and dealer performance.

Additional Information

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.; Saturday half-day, 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
• Work Arrangement: Onsite position.
