Job Title: Territory Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead sales efforts within a designated territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and drive market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth: Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales plan to penetrate new accounts, expand existing relationships, and increase revenue.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of produc ts and services to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a territory management role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry, market trends, and competitors.
