Exciting Opportunity for Project management / Integration Consultants

Our client, a leader in Pakistan's process industries, is undergoing a transformative merger. We seek Project Management / Integration consultants to support the effort onsite in Rawalpindi / Islamabad over a 6 to 12 month contract . Your expertise will support establishment of new operating model, defining synergies opportunities, creating initiatives for value creation and ensuring a successful handover.

Key Focus Areas

• PMO/TMO (Transformation/ Program Management Office) Design & Execution: Proven track record, ideally in large process-driven industries like chemicals, fertilizers, or petrochemicals.
• Integration Leadership: Experienced in guiding mergers through steering committees, managing integration risks, and developing transition plans.
• Transformation & Stakeholder Engagement: Designed operational models, facilitated workshops and supported functional teams (HR, IT, finance, etc.).

Role Details

• Support the Integration Management Office (IMO)
• Develop master plans, manage risks, and enhance team communication
• Collaborate with C-suite and functional leaders for a seamless integration

Duration : 6 -12 months onsite (Rawalpindi/Islamabad)

Location: Rawalpindi/Islamabad
