Executive Associate – Chairman's Office (Chief of Staff Function)
Job description
The Executive Associate will support the Chairman in managing day-to-day coordination across clients, projects, and internal stakeholders. Acting as an extension of the Chairman's office, the role will ensure seamless communication, timely follow-ups, and effective execution of ongoing initiatives. The individual will manage schedules, track project progress, prepare briefs and presentations, and ensure alignment across multiple priorities.
Core Responsibilities (tight & relevant)
• Manage Chairman's calendar, meetings, and stakeholder interactions
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure follow-ups and deliverables
• Track progress of multiple projects and consulting engagements
• Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and summaries for meetings
• Act as a central coordination hub across all ongoing initiatives
• Ensure nothing falls through the cracks across workstreams
Ideal Profile
• 3–5 years experience in consulting, PMO, or executive support roles
• Strong in PowerPoint, Excel, and structured communication
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and clients
• Someone who is proactive, discreet, and doesn't wait to be told twice
