What You Need

• Bachelor or Master's degree with min GPA 3.3
• Fresh graduates from any background with internship
• Up to 2 years professional of work experience
• Fluent in written and verbal communication both Bahasa Indonesia & English
• Open to relocating outside Jakarta

Your LEAD Journey

• Month 1-2 : Business Management Bootcamp + Real Assignment
• Month 3-24: Three rotational assignment across Gunung Sewu business units, developing real leadership and managerial skills
