Responsibility
- Sourcing activity to perform procurement strategy, ensure supply, obtain the qualified suppliers and ensure selection process is comply with company procedure and also monitor delivery of goods and service
- Understand concept of centralized procurement
- Execute sourcing strategies in alignment with corporate strategies and business priorities
- Develop strong and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into category sourcing, and ensure successful implementation and execution
- Coaching and mentoring purchasing team to deliver outstanding performance
- Combine technology and networking agility to tap on global sourcing channels
