We are seeking a Mold Maker/Manufacturing Technician. The primary responsibilities will be to build, repair, and modify molds using CNC/manual machines while ensuring precision and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Build new molds from raw materials using CNC and manual machining equipment
• Repair and modify existing molds using using CNC and manual machining equipment
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble molds for repair and evaluation
• Review and interpret drawings and models
• Operate lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and other manual/CNC equipment
• Use precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges) to ensure tight tolerance machining and final fitting
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend improvements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company and industry safety standards
• Perform other Tool Room-related duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Companies ATS Questions) :

• Do you have previous experience in mold making, repair, or modification
• Are you proficient in both CNC and manual machining processes
• Do you have the ability to interpret complex blueprints and work with tight tolerances
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. (
