The Vet Office is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, semi-rural small animal practice in Leominster, Herefordshire , which is seeking an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join and lead a large, supportive clinical team.
This role also offers occasional flexibility to work at a nearby sister practice, allowing collaboration with additional teams, clients and patients when required.

You will be working alongside

A team of experienced Veterinary Surgeons
•
9 Registered Veterinary Nurses
•
8 reception and administrative staff

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced vet ready to step into a leadership position or further develop existing leadership skills.

Working pattern

40 hours per week over 4 days
•
1 in 6 Saturdays

About You
•
Qualified Veterinary Surgeon
•
MRCVS registered or eligible for registration
•
Confident clinician with leadership experience or readiness to step into a lead role

Passionate about clinical excellence and client care
•
Motivated to lead, mentor and inspire a clinical team
