Hiring Position: Regional Sales Manager APAC (with a primary focus on Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Cell and Gene Therapy, CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization), and Vaccines .)
Working Condition : Hybrid
Location : Bangkok, Thailand
Pay Rate : THB 120K to THB 150K

Your Role in Our Team
Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in the APAC region. They serve the life sciences industry including Pharma, Biotech, Cell and Gene Therapy, CDMO, and Vaccines by providing a Best-in-Class Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to support Pharma 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives.
As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you will play a key role in expanding our client's presence in the region. They are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong technical background in IT or enterprise software who enjoys learning, has a positive mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
•
Achieve and exceed assigned order income targets for designated territories and key accounts.
•
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospective clients.
•
Lead consultative sales discussions to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
•
Prepare proposals and bid documents with support from the Sales Excellence team.
•
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address technical and commercial inquiries.
•
Support product demonstrations, workshops, and marketing events.
•
Manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities to ensure revenue targets are met.
•
Assist regional sales and marketing teams with specific tasks when needed.
Technical & Industry Expertise
•
Strong IT or enterprise software sales experience, ideally in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or related technologies.
•
Familiarity with software solutions in Information Technology (IT) and/or Operational Technology (OT) markets.
•
Understanding of ISA-95 process automation architecture, particularly in Levels 2 & 3.
•
Knowledge of GAMP 5, computerized system validation, and project life cycles.
•
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
•
Bonus: Experience in life sciences manufacturing environments or related industries.
•
Appreciation of Pharma 4.0 concepts and digital transformation methodologies.
Your Profile
•
Bachelors degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•
Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales (preferably in enterprise software, IT solutions, or automation technology).
•
Prior exposure to the life sciences industry is a plus (but not mandatory).
•
Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
•
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (advanced proficiency required).
•
Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
•
Strong team player with a hands-on approach and analytical mindset.
•
Willingness to travel (10 to 20%) domestically and internationally.
•
Based in Thailand.
