Position: Site Supervisor / Manager

Location: Liverpool

Start date: Immediate

Duration: 3-4 months

Shifts: Nights, 11 on 3 off

Hours: 10-12hrs/shift

Pay Rate: £30.00-35.00/hr PAYE

The Role

Due to recent project wins, our client is looking to recruit an additional Site Supervisor / Manager to manage a materials handling maintenance and installation project on Liverpool Docks. The role will involve planning, coordinating and managing the mechanical works, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and in line with health, safety and quality guidelines. Duties will include:

• Managing all aspects of the CDM programme on site
• Delivering the project within timescales and budget
• Responsibility for permits and RAMS
• Signing off an issuing permits to work
• Ensuring work is delivered within health and safety guidelines
• Effectively communicating with client and internal stakeholders
• Resolving any issues quickly and effective
• Attending and running site meetings
• Managing site inductions
• Resolving any issues quickly and effectively

Requirements

• SSSTS / SMSTS
• First Aid certificate
• Experience of managing mechanical installation projects
• Excellent communication, organisation, planning, problem solving and team work skills
