Customer Experience Project – Remote in Greece
We are looking for Italian speakers to join our customer support team in Greece . This role offers an international working environment along with full relocation support for candidates moving to Greece.

Location: Greece (Remote - Work From Home)
Schedule: 5 days a week, rotational shifts (08:00 – 00:00)
Financial Package & Benefits
Base Salary: €1,050 gross / month x 14 salaries
Performance Bonus: Up to 10%
Paid Training: Full training is provided and fully paid from day one.
Relocation Package (for candidates relocating from another EU country):
- Flight ticket covered (within the EU)
- 2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival
- Airport pickup on arrival
- Real estate agency fee covered
Daily Tasks
- Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat (in Italian)
- Assisting with account issues, content reports, and platform queries
- Resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
- Logging interaction details accurately in internal CRM systems
- Meeting standard team productivity and quality targets
- Advocating for community safety and product understanding
Profile We Are Looking For
- Fluent Italian (C1/C2 level)
- Good working knowledge of English (B2+ level) for training and internal communication
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- A solutions-driven mindset and genuine passion for helping others
- Comfortable navigating digital tools and multi-screen environments
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural team
- No prior experience required — full training provided
