Industrial Engineering Specialist (w/m/d)

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

The Industrial Engineering Specialist will support the industrialization and continuous optimization of manufacturing processes for food and beverage processing equipment, with a strong focus on piping systems and CNC tube bending technologies.

YOUR MISSION

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the following activities:

• industrializaton of manufacturing processes for process equipment in food & beverage industry.
• Definition and standardization of manufacturing processes, from design to shop floor execution, for process piping.
• 3D and 2D optimization of piping design to improve bending quality, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
• CNC pipe bending programming and process optimization.
• Preparation and optimization of cutting lists for piping components.
• Standard work, work instruction and control plan definition for pipe bending manufacturing production.
• Technical support between design, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure process robustness and repeatability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to Productivity, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Quality, and Lead Time optimization.

YOUR PROFILE

Education: Master Degree in Engineering (mechanical and Industrial Engineering) or similar

Computer Skills

• Proficient in MS Office
• SAP knowledge is a plus

Language requirements

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• French is a plus

Required experience and skills

• CAD design 2D/3D skills (Solidworks is an advantage).
• CNC programming attitude (pipe bending programming is an advantage).
• Mechanical and Electrical skills / basic knowledge.
• Leadership and communication skills be able to communicate effectively at all levels, and with all functions.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in cross-functional teams.
• Project management attitude.
• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma tools and methodology.
• Proactive, strong problem solving/analytical attitude.
• Strong sense of self-motivation and determination.
