Job description
The company established over 50 years, focus in manufacturing, distribution, and trading of roofing products and components. The company currently have a vacancy for a Sales Executive role, based in Johor office.
Job Scope
- Promote and sell company products within the assigned Southern Region territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers such as stockists, traders, contractors, developers, and other industry stakeholders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and market share objectives.
• Manage customer relationships, including handling enquiries, complaints, and after-sales service.
• Conduct sales activities such as product presentations, site visits, meetings, and trade events.
• Collect trade debts in a timely manner and ensure accurate CRM records.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, supply chain, finance) to support sales execution.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Sales experience preferred (industrial / construction / building materials background is an advantage).
- Strong communication and result-oriented with ability to meet sales targets and KPIs. • Basic proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
