Opportunity Summary
We are looking for motivated university students to join our Quality Control team through a practical internship opportunity.
The ideal candidate must have completed a previous internship in Software Quality Control / Software Testing at another company and should have hands-on knowledge of Manual Testing, along with familiarity with QA/QC tools.
Basic knowledge or exposure to Automation Testing is preferred, as the selected interns may get the chance to learn and support simple automation-related tasks under supervision.
This opportunity is suitable for students who already understand the basics of software testing and want to gain more real project experience in a professional software environment.
What You Will Learn & Do
Requirements Understanding
- Read and understand Software Requirements Specifications, business requirements, and application features.
- Analyze requirements from a testing perspective.
- Identify unclear, incomplete, or untestable requirements with guidance from the team.
- Support the team in ensuring that requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives.
Manual Testing Activities
- Write and execute manual test cases based on requirements.
- Perform functional testing, smoke testing, regression testing, and exploratory testing.
- Create positive, negative, and edge-case scenarios.
- Identify, report, and track software defects.
- Retest fixed issues and verify proper resolution.
- Support the QA team in maintaining test coverage and quality standards.
Automation Testing Exposure
- Learn the basics of Automation Testing concepts and frameworks.
- Support in executing simple automation test scripts when needed.
- Get exposure to automation tools or frameworks under supervision.
- Understand how automation can support regression testing and repetitive testing tasks.
Tools & Documentation
- Use QA/QC tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Postman, or similar tools.
- Document test results, bugs, and testing notes clearly.
- Prepare simple QA reports under supervision.
- Communicate findings with the QA and development teams.
- Follow proper bug reporting and defect tracking processes.
Practical Development
- Apply SDLC and STLC concepts in real projects.
- Understand the bug lifecycle and defect management process.
- Improve documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Gain exposure to professional software testing workflows.
- Learn best practices in Software Quality Control and Quality Assurance.

- Must be able to write and execute test cases manually.
- Must have basic knowledge of test case writing, bug reporting, and defect lifecycle.
- Must have basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Must be familiar with bug tracking and task management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar tools.
- Must have basic hands-on experience using software testing and quality control tools.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential.
Preferred / Plus
- Basic knowledge or practical exposure to Automation Testing.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools or frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
- Basic ability to understand or execute simple automation test scripts.
- Basic knowledge of API Testing using Postman.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Manual Testing concepts and techniques.
- Ability to design, write, and execute test cases.
- Ability to perform functional testing, smoke testing, regression testing, and exploratory testing.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and task management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge or exposure to Automation Testing is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, or similar tools is a plus.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
