Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in performance evaluation follow-ups and employee progress tracking.
  • Support HR policies, internal communication, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with managers to understand hiring needs and team requirements.
  • Help improve HR workflows, documentation, and internal processes.
  • Use AI tools and digital systems to make HR work faster, more organized, and more efficient.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 1.5 to 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a software, tech, startup, or fast-paced environment.

  • Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.

  • Experience with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook groups, referrals, and job platforms.

  • Good knowledge of HR policies, employee files, contracts, and basic labor law practices.

  • Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.

  • Very good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good command of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

  • Comfortable using HR systems, digital tools, and AI tools to organize and improve HR work.

  • Good English level, especially in writing emails and professional communication.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up with different departments.

  • Proactive personality with a learning mindset and problem-solving attitude.
