Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and align with company values.
  • Coordinate and support employee training and development programs to enhance skill sets and career growth.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
  • Facilitate employee relations and communication to promote a positive work environment.
  • Assist in performance management processes including appraisals, feedback, and goal setting.
  • Support payroll administration, benefits management, and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
