Job description
Swedbank will implement xTrace E2E Monitoring, a technical platform provided by supplier Vyntra, to set up E2E-monitoring of chosen payment transaction flows.
This person coordinates the technical teams involved in operating the platform infrastructure and serves as the technical point of contact towards Vyntra.
Key responsibilities
Technical administrator of the platform Coordination of relevant internal teams, including Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL/Oracle, middleware (MQ, Kafka), operating system, Kubernetes, and infrastructure teams Coordination with the Vyntra Support Desk in case of issues (e.g. raise tickets, delivery of log files and diagnostics upon request from Vyntra Support) Coordination with Vyntra for new projects, deliveries, and release testing Application monitoring of platform health and system events Responsible for maintenance operations (like backup/restore, purge, data capture interfaces…) Adapt technical configuration in platform, e.g. shard configuration, interface configuration…) Deployment of platform packages (either directly or by coordinating the relevant internal teams)
Skill profile
Experience in application operations within a financial services or enterprise IT environment Solid familiarity with Linux-based environments, including file system navigation, process management, and log handling Working knowledge of one or more of the following technologies used in the Vyntra stack Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures, including validation of backup completeness Experience with release and change management processes, i.e. able to plan, coordinate, and validate platform upgrades in line with internal governance requirements Structured and methodical approach to incident follow-up, with clear documentation and escalation habits Ability to act as a coordinator across multiple technical disciplines, even without deep expertise in each
