What You'll Be Doing (The Exciting Stuff)
Be the Sales Tech Hero
- Become the ultimate subject matter expert on our sales technology stack—the person everyone relies on when they need answers
- Solve real problems in real-time, troubleshooting issues and optimising tools to make sales teams more effective
- Bridge the gap between users and technical teams, translating needs into actionable solutions
Train, Enable, and Inspire
- Design engaging training programmes that actually get people excited about technology (yes, it's possible!)
- Create compelling content: video tutorials, guides, and resources that make learning easy and fun
- Deliver live training sessions and coaching that transform how people work—and watch them succeed because of it
Uncover Insights That Drive Decisions
- Build dashboards and reports that tell compelling stories about sales performance
- Analyse data to spot trends and opportunities that sales leadership can act on
- Track adoption metrics and prove the ROI of the tools you're championing
Shape the Future
- Evaluate and implement new technologies that give our sales teams a competitive edge
- Standardise processes and establish best practices that scale across the organisation
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and IT on strategic initiatives that move the business forward
What You Bring to the Table
Essential Experience:
- Salesforce experience is a must—whether you're a power user or have admin-level skills, you know your way around the platform
- Hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms like Outreach (or similar tools)
- 2-3 years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role where you've supported sales teams with technology
- A track record of getting people to actually use the tools you've trained them on (adoption is everything!)
Technical Chops:
- Advanced Salesforce skills: reports, dashboards, workflows—you can build them in your sleep
- Comfortable with sales tools like Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Quick learner who can pick up new technologies independently
