Your Day-to-Day
- Lead the end-to-end research and development of new education programs and curricula.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and learner needs assessments to identify new product opportunities.
- Design curriculum frameworks, learning objectives, lesson structures, and supporting learning materials.
- Collaborate with academic, operations, and training teams to pilot, refine, and launch new programs.
- Establish curriculum standards and ensure learning content is age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with educational goals.
- Monitor program performance and continuously improve curriculum based on feedback, learning outcomes, and market trends.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Education, Psychology, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in curriculum development, with proven experience creating multiple new education products or programs.
- Strong understanding of curriculum design principles, learning methodologies, and child development.
- Experience managing end-to-end curriculum or product development projects involving cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, research, and project management skills with the ability to turn insights into practical learning solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting ideas and leading discussions across teams.
