Your Day-to-Day
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, offer administration, and onboarding.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Jobstreet, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communications between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and other HR administrative projects to enhance talent attraction and hiring efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment, with exposure through internships, organizational experience, or academic projects considered a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Jobstreet; familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
