In addition to managing individual projects, the Project Manager Lead is responsible for maintaining oversight of the client's project portfolio through dedicated project trackers, providing accurate reporting, clear visibility of project status, and effective prioritisation of activities across all assignments.

Your main mission will be to:

  • Lead projects from initiation through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final handover.
  • Manage projects with values up to €2M, ensuring delivery within approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project execution plans, delivery strategies, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Manage the client's project portfolio tracker, ensuring all projects, actions, milestones, risks, budgets, and key dates are accurately monitored and reported.
  • Provide regular project and portfolio reporting, including dashboards, status updates, financial summaries, and executive presentations.
  • Coordinate all project stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, suppliers, Facility Management teams, landlords, and client representatives.
  • Lead procurement activities, including tendering, contractor selection, bid evaluation, contract negotiations, and contract administration.
  • Monitor project financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost control, change management, invoicing, and final account reconciliation.
  • Participate in pre-construction activities, including constructability reviews, risk assessments, sequencing strategies, and mitigation planning.
  • Oversee project delivery and construction activities to ensure compliance with project objectives, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.
  • Facilitate project governance through regular progress meetings, stakeholder workshops, and decision-making forums.
  • Proactively identify risks, constraints, and opportunities, implementing corrective actions where required.

  • Mentor and support junior project management resources when required.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy. You will be responsible for managing your projects from start to finish, from initial planning to final delivery, with minimal supervision. Your ability to take initiative, solve problems, and make decisions independently will be key to your success.

  • Degree-qualified in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in both French & English

  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience delivering construction and fit-out projects in an on-site, hands-on Project Management capacity.
  • Significant experience managing projects during the construction execution phase, including direct coordination of multiple subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, contractor management, site operations, health & safety, and project delivery.
