Lab Team Leader - Micro Lab

• Responsible for maintaining smooth operation of the team, expanding lab capability to meet clients requirement, and improving lab productivity/ save operation cost.
• Lead Technician team to prepare samples and/or perform tests and other assigned tasks
• Review results of normal/routine tests without abnormal observation before sending them to supervisor for final review or sending them directly to CS team when they are quantified and assigned.
• Study and review test methods, SOP, client’s manuals and prepare the proper resources to ensure that jobs are conducted in compliance with required methods/ SOP/ manuals
• Implement new test methods for Technician team, as assigned by Supervisor, in order to meet clients’ requirement.Perform root cause analysis on complaints/ claims and provide results for Supervisor to have proper corective actions.
• Ensure day-to-day compliance in HSE & Quality management system (SOP, forms, guidelines, equipment calibration, ISO17025, etc.) and escalate potential operation risk.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Lab Supervisor and Lab Managers.
• University graduate in: Microbiology/Biotechnology
• At least 3 years of experience of the same field.
• Trained or experienced in ISO 17025
• English level B equivalent 

Location: Tân Bình Lab, HCMC

Applicants must have full working rights in Vietnam. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
