[SO] Project Management Officer
Job description
1. Project Management & Leadership support
- Support the Project Lead and Work Package (WP) Lead in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities.
- Execute assigned project tasks and follow up on work items to align with project priorities and timelines.
- Manage and maintain key project management tools, including project roadmaps, milestone plans, project trackers, and project budgets.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to support informed decision-making.
- Coordinate routine project activities and ensure the organization following the defined processes and governance.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and invoice processing.
2. Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Organize and coordinate project meetings and workshops with key stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage and ensure efficient project communication channels (Outlook, SharePoint site ...).
- Prepare presentations, templates, reports, and communication materials following corporate standards.
- Coordinate routine project tasks with supporting teams and ensure timely completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a project coordination, project administration, or business operations role.
- Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment is highly desirable.
- Proficient in English Communication
- Proficient in Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PPT)
- Knowledge of or experience with Microsoft Power BI is an advantage.
- Professional certification such as CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) is a plus.
