Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client cases from onboarding through completion
- Provide consistent communication, updates, and high-quality client support
- Partner with enrolled agents and compliance teams to move cases forward
- Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Meet monthly performance targets while maintaining client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in case management required
- Strong communicators with a client-focused approach
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable learning and using new systems
- Positive, coachable, and team-oriented
Compensation

Position Details
- Location: Irvine, CA (in-office only)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
