Instructor for "Regulatory & Compliance (HSE/API)"

ISS International SpA is looking for an Instructor to conduct a short course on " Regulatory & Compliance (HSE/API) " in Turkmenistan.

The classroom training of the duration of 4 days will be held in English and is aimed at HSE and Quality personnel in Oil & Gas Plants.

Main topics will be

Introduction to Regulatory & Compliance: distinction from Process Safety

International and local regulations (OSHA, EU Directives, Turkmen standards, etc.)

API Standards & Recommended Practices (e.g., API 570, API 510, API 653, API 580/581, etc.)

HSE requirements: occupational safety, environmental protection, process/industrial safety

Compliance Management Systems

Audits, inspections, and certification

Documentation and reporting (HSE reporting, incident reporting).

Requirements

At least 15 years of experience in HSE and Quality roles in Oil & Gas Industry

Minimum 3 years as instructor/trainer

Proven experience in the above mentioned topics covered in the course

English Fluency
