HR Intern - Talent Engagement (Makati-based)

Intern will be assigned to the Talent Engagement team of the Human Resource Department and will have the following responsibilities:

• Create a porfolio of communication templates for Internal Communication, Values statement posters, deck, etc., based on the Aboitiz Foods Brand.
• Assist in writing and creating internal communication materials like posters, deck, etc.
• Assist in planning and facilitating Aboitiz Foods engagement events
• Assist in writing and creating employer branding materials

• Students taking up HR, Psychology, Communications, or any related course
• Creative and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Canva
• Able to edit posters and short videos
• Must complete at least 400 internship hours
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup (onsite in Makati and work from home)
• Available for an internship from August to December 2026

Onboarding Requirements:

• Officially enrolled in a university
• At least in its penultimate year
• Enrolled in an internship subject
• With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school
• Able to pass the pre-internship requirements
