Role Overview
In this role, you will act as a key subject matter expert for HR systems governance, ensuring that system changes are properly assessed, documented, tested, approved, and deployed in line with internal controls, compliance requirements, and business priorities. You will play a critical role in maintaining system integrity, tenant stability, and audit readiness across a complex international HR landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead and govern the end-to-end change management process for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP for Me
- Partner with HR, IT, AMS teams, and external vendors to deliver compliant system changes and system conversions
- Maintain access controls, segregation of duties, and role governance to support internal controls and regulatory compliance
- Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs, governance documentation, and audit-ready process records
- Support day-to-day tenant management across production, test, and preview environments
- Coordinate release readiness, configuration validation, refresh activity, and controlled data movement
- Act as a trusted advisor and SME on HR systems governance and SAP for Me best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with strong Employee Central expertise
- Background in HR systems governance, compliance, audit support, or controlled change management
- Experience working in a global, multi-country environment
- Strong understanding of HR processes, security, access controls, and data integrity
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, AMS, and third-party providers
- Strong English communication skills
- SAP certification and SAP for Me experience are advantageous
