Role Overview
This position is tailored for an analytical and highly organized professional to integrate a Global Governance & Value Office. In this central function, you will be responsible for structuring, maintaining, and optimizing international technology demand and project portfolios. The role serves as a key enabler for teams worldwide, supporting the deployment of standardized portfolio management processes and governance, while continuously running data quality assessments to drive institutional improvement and alignment between strategy and technical execution. Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Governance & Reporting: Structure and maintain the global tech demand and project portfolios, coordinating governance reviews and generating high-impact reports and analyses for executive leadership to support prioritization and strategic alignment.
- Process & Tooling Optimization: Support international teams in adopting standardized Project Portfolio Management (PPM) processes, coordinate data quality health checks, and contribute actively to the enhancements roadmap of global PPM tooling.
- Value Management Framework: Enforce and deploy corporate value management and prioritization frameworks across regional teams, challenging key performance indicators (KPIs) on major programs to ensure business value delivery.
- Strategic Business Planning: Support the orchestration of the Annual Business Planning process, aligning timelines with budget guidelines, collaborating closely with finance teams, and providing data-driven insights to facilitate corporate arbitration.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: Hold 2 to 4 years of proven experience within IT Project Management, corporate PMO environments, or technology portfolio analysis.
- Technical & Analytical Savvy: Strong proficiency in PowerBI and data analysis, with a structured mindset and the ability to turn complex portfolio data into clear, executive-ready presentations; prior experience with PPM tools is highly valued.
- Methodologies & Global Mindset: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the SAFe framework is highly appreciated, along with a track record of working effectively with diverse, worldwide stakeholders in an international ecosystem.
- Soft Skills & Languages: High autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and a collaborative team-player attitude, with mandatory fluency in English (knowledge of French is a big plus!).
