What will you do?

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Executive Manager, Energy Markets . In this pivotal role, you'll be a trusted partner, providing high-level executive, administrative and stakeholder support to help drive business priorities and operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include

  • Managing a complex executive calendar, including meetings, travel and competing priorities.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing correspondence, emails and executive communications.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, meeting agendas and supporting materials.
  • Coordinating meetings, tracking actions and maintaining confidential records.
  • Conducting research and compiling information to support strategic initiatives.
  • Managing expenses, invoices, corporate credit cards and team administration.
  • Supporting projects, events and business initiatives as required.
  • Building strong relationships and collaborating effectively across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with senior leaders and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.

About You

You will bring

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Outstanding organisational, planning and time management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to deliver work accurately and efficiently.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems and technologies.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Absolute discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Administration, Commerce or a related discipline (preferred).
