Salary: The budgeted salary for this position is an hourly rate of $62.50. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity.

Position Summary To support and promote excellence in the College of Dentistry and Department of Restorative Dentistry predoctoral educational programs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach in pre-clinical and clinical courses
- Teach and Participate in a variety of seminars and conferences in the department
- Advise, mentor and direct Pre-doctoral students
- Clinical responsibilities in the Pre-doctoral educational program
- Collaborate with faculty to establish strong and positive pre-doctoral learning environment
- Participate in college/department faculty meetings and committees
- Participate in public service activities such as faculty practice
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)/Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or its equivalent.
- Eligible for licensure in Illinois
- Strong commitment to interdisciplinary care and willingness to engage other academic departments
Preferred Qualifications
- CODA -accredited advanced education program
- Diplomate status in the American Board of Prosthodontics but not required
