Job description

Working as a Cybersecurity Administrator you will

Embed cybersecurity tools seamlessly into the company's existing IT architecture. Adjust these systems to strictly follow internal security guidelines.

Take charge of the day-to-day administration, upkeep, and technical support for implemented systems.

Detect and resolve complex technical problems related to cybersecurity.

Evaluate current defense mechanisms and suggest actionable upgrades to bolster security .

Execute security evaluations and penetration tests to locate system weaknesses. Deploy appropriate risk analysis strategies and remediation tactics to fix these flaws.

Oversee access rights and security parameters within Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms.

Create and validate secure fragments of code or operational scripts.

Prepare comprehensive Proof of Concept (PoC) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) materials. Formulate security protocols and rules with a strong focus on protecting sensitive data and ensuring privacy.

Compile findings, create reports, and clearly relay information to a variety of project stakeholders.

Qualifications •

An Engineering degree in a relevant technological discipline.

At least 8 years of overall experience in IT , including 5 years specifically dedicated to a similar role .

Language fluency: English at B2 level and Polish at C1 level .

Proven background working within the ICT sector as an Information Security Administrator or Specialist.

Proven track record in executing system deployments and technical integrations.

Hands-on capability with Incident Response (IR) platforms, such as XDR, SIEM, and NDR.

Deep understanding of network and operating system defenses, as well as the complete systems development life cycle (SDLC).

Working knowledge of the architectural Tiering model.

Familiarity with major industry frameworks, including the ISO 27000 series, OWASP guidelines, and SANS CIS critical controls.

Solid comprehension of essential network protocols like NTP, SMTP, DNS, LDAP, DHCP, and PKI/CA.

A highly analytical mindset, combining meticulous attention to detail with rapid learning and robust problem-solving capabilities.

Holding at least 3 of the following certifications : GCED, GPPA, GCWN, GCUX, GCCC, SSCP, CCSP, CISSP, CSSLP, GSEC, ECSA, SCPO . Valid, internationally acknowledged equivalents from alternative providers are also fully acceptable.
