Revenue Assurance Analyst
Job description
Job Summary and Responsibilities
Responsible to perform Revenue Assurance tasks/efforts for assigned clients that includes:
· Identifying and recovering inaccurate expenses via anomaly detection, contract analysis, order and invoice analysis.
· Reporting results
· Managing client relations by providing requested information and meeting clients’ targets.
· The role consists of analyzing customer data (revenue data, provisioning date, ordering data, contract information) to identify areas where the client under bills its customers.
· Identified under billing instances must be validated and corrected in collaboration with the client.
· Utilizing TEOCO proprietary tool, create audit reports, review and analyze data output from multiple sources and identify revenue recovery opportunities in clients' customer base.
· Work with multiple stakeholders to validate findings and drive revenue recovery.
· Document research, work activities, and correspondence as needed and/or required.
· The analyst will be given a monthly and yearly revenue target to achieve by finding billing issues for the assigned client/s
Required Skills & Competencies
· Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong communication abilities.
· Experience working in client IT environment, CITRIX , VDI, high security
· Expertise on MS Excel
· Experience in data analysis, customer/client communication
· Experience with Telecom order to bill processes.
· Understanding on Telecom Vendor / customer/ Service Provider Invoices, PO, Audit , Contract/SOW/WO, Tariff
· Knowledge on SQL, or MS Access, or Python or Business Objects is a plus
· Experience in Revenue Assurance model in Telco background is a plus NOT mandatory
· Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
· Desirable: Telecom background
