RPO - Assistant Engineering Manager

Role Purpose

Responsible to run all maintenance, wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) & water treatment plan (WTP) and engineering activities effectively in accordance to all Company's standard (safety, code of conduct, code of ethic, etc.).

Main Duties

• Ensure implementation Safety work permit, LOTTO, 6S standard and WI in every activity engineering, well manage all machineries production, building, utility machinery, facilities, and support tools in maintenance activities in order to support manufacturing to operate smoothly and deliver high quality output, high productivity and agreed to company's standard. Job holder must put necessary action or anticipation to avoid manufacturing process stoppage.
• Monitoring performance system WWTP and WTP on daily basis and assist the Operational to well perform and meet with local and global standard regulation to outlet effluent.
• Maintain wastage sludge disposal refer to objective target 50 – 65% reduction, improve all resources efficiency, skill knowledge team, maintain housekeeping mechanism.
• Monitoring Energy Consumption on daily basis, able to do short analysis, plan action re-energy consumption improvement.
• Carry out root cause analysis downtime machine, create action plan to avoid repeated case problem along with responsible area.
• Work with technical Project engineer to monitoring activities project in plant meet with Company's EHS standard including implementation of safety work permits.
• Ensure all HV & LV electrical instrument are well maintaining as standard local regulation (PUIL) and Group.
• Actively participate in all H&S and Environmental programs.
• Use appopriate PPE as designated area.
• Report any safety or environmental incidents, including accidents, near misses, unsafe actions, and unsafe conditions.
• Implementing all activity in their department in accordance with the environmental policy and developing corrective action plans with ECCR Team when needed.

Authorities

• Authorize corrective actions for machine downtime and energy improvements.
• Validate compliance with EHS standards and issue safety work permits.
• Recommend technical improvements for machinery and utilities.

Education

Engineering background

Mechanical or Electrical Bachelor Degree

Skill

Ability to communicate fluently in English

Ability to present report in a clear and concise fashion

Experience

At least 3 years' experience in supervisory level in similar working environment.

Have solid experience in managing maintenance and utility.

Experience managing large group of employees

Experience of managing budgets
