About this Position
Join our team as an Enterprise Architecture Management Operator, a critical role that enables our Enterprise Architects to focus on strategic architecture work by driving the operational excellence of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM).
What you´ll do
- Lead the end-to-end execution of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) governance processes, including scheduling, coordination, documentation, decision tracking, and Architecture Decision Record (ADR) lifecycle management
- Maintain and improve the quality, consistency, and completeness of enterprise architecture data within LeanIX, ensuring adherence to established standards and naming conventions
- Administer and provide first-level support for EAM tools and platforms, including LeanIX, SharePoint, and other architecture management solutions
- Develop, maintain, and enhance EAM reporting, KPIs, portfolio health dashboards, technology debt metrics, and Power BI analytics, while exploring automation opportunities through AI and Copilot
- Coordinate communications and stakeholder engagement across global Digital Experience (DX) teams, including maintaining EAM SharePoint content and supporting architecture learning initiatives
- Monitor and coordinate cross-functional EAM initiatives, task forces, dependencies, and status reporting for EAM leadership and the CTO Office
- Act as the operational backbone of the Enterprise Architecture function, ensuring governance, data, tools, reporting, and communications run efficiently and effectively
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or any related course
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in project coordination, KPI tracking, dashboard development, and reporting, with Power BI proficiency preferred
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting LeanIX or similar enterprise architecture tools; experience with tool ownership and governance processes is highly preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders, manage priorities, and drive initiatives; LeanIX certifications are an advantage
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; With experience in high level stakeholder management and management reporting
- Organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment; Able to implement on-time and handle multiple priorities in an agile environment
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (12:00 NN to 9:00 PM) PH time on a hybrid work set-up
