Are you a high-performing B2B sales professional with a passion for winning new business and growing strategic customer relationships?
A leading player within the industrial lubricants sector is looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive profitable growth across direct corporate customers within industries including mining, manufacturing, transport, fleets and industrial operations.
This is an opportunity for a commercially driven hunter who enjoys opening doors, solving customer problems and building long-term partnerships.
What you'll be doing
Developing new business opportunities within key industrial sectors
Growing existing strategic customer accounts
Managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Identifying value-adding technical solutions for customers
Conducting regular customer visits across your territory
Negotiating pricing and commercial agreements
Working closely with technical, supply chain and marketing teams
Managing sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM
Delivering against revenue, volume and profitability targets
We're looking for someone with
5–10 years' B2B sales experience
Industrial, lubricants, petrochemical, energy or related experience
Proven success in new business development
Strong account management capability
Experience selling into manufacturing, mining, transport or fleet customers
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
Strong commercial and financial understanding
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
