We are currently hiring motivated and enthusiastic Norwegian-Speaking Customer Experience Specialists to join our expanding global team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will champion a world-famous brand in smart home appliances and consumer electronics, providing top-tier support to their Nordic consumer market.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Expert, you will serve as the primary connection point between buyers and the brand, turning everyday inquiries into excellent, high-quality customer experiences.
- Inbound Support: Manage incoming communications from Norwegian-speaking buyers via telephone, email, and live chat, answering questions about shipping status, product features, warranties, delivery timelines, and initial device setups.
- Troubleshooting: Listen closely to user concerns regarding electronic products and home appliances, diagnose the underlying issues, offer straightforward step-by-step guidance, or route complex repairs to the authorized technical network.
- Case Logging: Document every client interaction, critique, and solution thoroughly in the CRM system to ensure precise case tracking.
- Brand Representation: Keep up to date on new product releases, technical advancements, and corporate philosophies, communicating these with empathy and professionalism.
- Skills Development: Attend ongoing, fully compensated training programs to keep your technical expertise and communication strategies sharp.

Requirements
- Languages: Native-level or near-native fluency (C1/C2) in Norwegian, paired with a solid professional command (B2) of English.
- Location & Right to Work: Currently residing in Lisbon, or fully ready and legally permitted to relocate to Portugal on your own accord.
- Interpersonal Skills: Superb written and verbal communication talents matched with a patient, user-focused mindset.
- Tech Savviness: Ease using computers, multitasking across various software applications, and rapidly adopting new digital platforms.
Preferred Extras
- Previous background in customer service, contact centers, hospitality, or retail environments is helpful but optional.
- A true curiosity about smart home setups, consumer electronics, or contemporary household devices.
Work Schedule
- Hours: A standard 40-hour work week (5 days a week, 8 hours per day).
- Shift Timing: Fixed daytime schedules running from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Balance: A stable, highly predictable calendar that leaves your late afternoons and evenings completely free to enjoy Lisbon's historic sites, social culture, and famous beaches.
Compensation & Lifestyle Benefits

- Base Pay: €1,400 gross monthly salary, distributed 14 times per year (inclusive of traditional Portuguese summer and Christmas bonus payouts).
- Fluency Premium: An additional €150 monthly bonus for utilizing your specialized Norwegian language skills.
- Incentives: Up to €100 gross per month tied to achieving quality metrics and performance milestones.
