As an L2 Application Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will focus on designing and implementing robust IT systems that support business operations, confirming the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers.

As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. Responsibilities

• Monitoring and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support seamless business operations
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues within cloud-based systems to minimize downtime
• Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud service management and performance optimization
• Collaborating with team members to enhance cloud infrastructure architecture and design
• Utilizing tools like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud administration and operations
• Engaging in cloud migration projects to improve system efficiency and scalability
• Applying technical consultation skills to support client needs and deliver value
• Gathering and analyzing data to identify patterns and inform cloud strategy decisions
• Adapting to diverse client environments and contributing to team success

What You Must Have

• At least 1 to 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
