As an App Modernization Engineer Manager, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will focus on designing, coding, and testing applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities

• Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
• Managing and mentoring teams to enhance performance and deliver exceptional client service
• Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#.NET
• Overseeing application lifecycle management and confirming alignment with business requirements
• Utilizing API management and microservices architecture to enhance application integration and functionality
• Conducting code reviews and quality assurance testing to maintain software quality standards
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process improvement and innovation
• Implementing continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline software development processes
• Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions for optimized performance
• Encouraging team development by fostering a culture of learning and skill enhancement

What You Must Have

• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelor's degree
• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
• Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and CI/CD
• Utilizing advanced skills in Java, Python, and C#.NET programming languages
• Excelling in API Management and Microservices architecture
• Leading application development projects using platforms like Mendix and OutSystems
• Managing complex software project planning and execution
