As an L2 Application Support Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will focus on monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be part of a team that designs and implements robust, secure IT systems that support business operations. You will enable the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers to optimize performance and minimize downtime. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support seamless business operations
• Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based systems to minimize downtime and enhance performance
• Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud service delivery and infrastructure management
• Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud infrastructure optimization and migration
• Designing cloud infrastructure architecture to support client needs and business objectives
• Collaborating with teams to develop and execute cloud strategies that align with organizational goals
• Conducting technical consultations to address client inquiries and provide solutions for cloud-related challenges
• Leveraging analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
• Upholding professional and technical standards in cloud operations and infrastructure management
• Building meaningful client connections to understand and anticipate their needs

What You Must Have

• At least 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
