ABOUT THE ROLE

Rajasthan Royals is looking for a sharp, well-networked Talent & Partnerships Manager to manage the commercial interests of our players.

You'll work closely with the RR Partnerships & Sponsorships team to align player-level deals with the franchise's broader commercial direction. As we grow, so will your portfolio — more players, more mandates, more action.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the end-to-end commercial representation of player/s across the RR roster — from identifying brand fits to closing sponsorship deals
• Build and manage a pipeline of brand partnerships, endorsements, and ambassador opportunities
• Work hand-in-glove with the RR Partnerships team to ensure player deals align with franchise interests and brand guidelines
• Negotiate contracts, manage deal timelines, and ensure delivery on brand commitments
• Scout and evaluate new opportunities — be it media, digital, lifestyle, or on-ground activations
• Act as the primary point of contact between players, brands, and the RR ecosystem
• Track market trends in sports sponsorship and position players for maximum commercial value

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in sports sponsorships, talent management, or sports marketing
• Strong existing network across brands, agencies, and the sports ecosystem in India
• Experience managing athlete or talent commercial deals end-to-end
• Deep understanding of the IPL landscape and how player brands are built and monetised
• Sharp negotiation skills with an eye for win-win deal structures
• Self-starter who can operate independently while staying closely aligned with a team
• Excellent communication and relationship management — you're the face your clients trust
• Prior exposure to player representation or sports agency work is a strong plus
