Role overview We are looking for a Technical Team Leader/Scrum Master who will lead the development team, providing technical guidance and oversight, and ensures that the team is working efficiently and effectively to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role collaborates with other teams to resolve technical issues and continuously improve the overall quality of the software.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Leading agile teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies. Managing product backlogs and action items with clarity and prioritization. Engaging stakeholders and ensuring alignment across complex IT environments. Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. Collaborating with other teams to resolve technical issues and raise overall software quality. Providing technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to the development team. To excel in this role, you'll need: At least 6 years of provable experience leading agile teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies. Proven experience engaging stakeholders and aligning them with team objectives. Hands-on experience managing product backlogs and action items. A track record of ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality outcomes in complex IT environments. Strong technical depth combined with servant-leadership and coaching skills. Stong knowledge in English (at least level B2). Candidates must be EU citizens and must submit their CV in Europass format.
